For a while it looked like the promotional tour for the final 'Twilight' movie 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2' was in jeopardy, as Robert Pattinson was in no mood to promote a film in which he engages in love scenes with ex Kristen Stewart.

Yet time is apparently proving a healer and the pair are now set to bury the hatchet and make up to promote the film after all.

Last month, it had been suggested that they would avoid each other as Rob felt totally humiliated by Kristen's affair with Rupert Sanders and having to see her to promote 'Twilight' was rubbing salt into an open wound.

A solution may have been for the pair to attend different premieres, but as Pattinson and Stewart's romance was a huge draw film bosses were said to be dreading the idea.

 A source told Perez Hilton last month: "It is eating him up that he has no choice but to see her again because of work. His humiliation is total."

They added: "There’s serious concern about the promotional tour, which is set to kick off in October,' they said. This is a potential nightmare for all involved. Fans look forward to seeing them together during interviews. It’s great publicity for the film.

"Robert even used to be happy to go to events with Kristen that he wasn’t contractually obligated to go to, like the Teen Choice Awards last Sunday."

Now it seems that despite splitting up and moving out of their shared home, the former couple are on good enough terms to go around the world together, at least according to Kristen.

According to The Mirror Kristen said at the premiere of new movie 'On The Road' at the Toronto International Film Festival: ''We're going to be fine. We're totally fine.''
